Because every piece is finished by hand, no two are identical — and returns work a little differently than at a factory store. We want you to be happy with what arrives.
If something is not right
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we will make it right — a replacement piece or a refund, your choice.
What we can and cannot take back
- We will replace or refund a piece that arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item.
- Because each piece is finished by hand and is one of a kind, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.
- Made-to-order pieces (sized to your idol) cannot be returned after 7 days.
