Our story
Not a catalogue. A workshop.
Laddu Gopal Poshak began with one question: why should the cloth on your Laddu Gopal be any less considered than the cloth in your home? So we make it the way a sangeet kurta is made — measured, cut, and finished by hand.
“When I finish a Poshak, I hold it up to the light and look for the stitch I’m not proud of. If I find one, it goes back.”

Good to know
Questions, answered straight
The things people ask us most — answered the way you’d ask on WhatsApp, in plain language.
How do I measure my Laddu Gopal for clothes?
Measure the idol from the top of the head to the base of the feet, in inches. Size 4 fits idols up to 4 inches, Size 6 up to 6 inches, and Size 12 up to 12 inches. If your idol is between sizes, choose the larger size — the Poshak is cut with a little ease so it drapes rather than pulls.
Can a handmade toran be washed?
No — a toran is meant to be kept, not laundered. Dust it gently with a dry, soft cloth or a cool hair-dryer on low. Coconut and brass elements should never touch water, as this changes their colour and smell.
What is the best material for a summer Laddu Gopal Poshak?
Hand-block cotton chunri. It breathes, holds its shape on a small idol, and doesn’t crease like silk. For special occasions where the idol is displayed for days, Chanderi silk with a zari border is the premium choice.
How long does shipping take, inside India and abroad?
Every order is dispatched from Noida, India within 48 working hours. Inside India it arrives in 2–5 working days (7–10 in the northeast). Worldwide shipping is 7–12 working days with door-to-door DDP — the price you see at checkout is the final price, with customs handled for you.
Do you ship to the US, UK, and Canada?
Yes. We ship to 40+ countries including the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, and the UAE. Orders are priced in your local currency at checkout, duties are included (DDP), and you receive a full tracking number by email and WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
In India: UPI, all major cards, and cash on delivery. Abroad: all major cards via secure checkout. Every payment is processed over an encrypted connection; we never store card details.
