Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how we make, what we use, and how your order arrives.

Ordering & shipping

Is everything really handmade?

Yes. One artisan, one piece at a time, in our Noida studio. No two pieces are exactly alike.

How fast will it arrive?

3–5 business days within India, 7–12 business days worldwide. Allow a little extra during festival season (late August to mid-October).

What does shipping cost?

₹99 standard across India. $29 express worldwide, duties and taxes included (DDP) — no surprise fees at the door.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, to 40+ countries. Worldwide orders are billed in US dollars and shipped DDP, so you pay nothing extra on delivery.

Can I order by email?

Absolutely. Email us the piece, your idol's size, and your address, and we will set up the rest and send a secure payment link.

Materials & care

Is the zari real?

Yes — real zari, not foil or plastic, finished by hand.

What are the pieces made of?

Chanderi silk and other traditional fabrics. Each product page lists its exact materials.

How should I store a poshak?

Keep it dry, folded or hung in a breathable bag, and away from direct sunlight to protect the zari and dyes.

Returns

Can I return a piece?

If it arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it. Because each piece is one of a kind, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.
